The pool is closed, the gym is permanently closed and the front security gate has NEVER worked. God forbid if your 1 day late with the rent payment! If you can find another place to live do it. Someone else told me the same thing I didn’t listen please take my advice and do NOT move here. 💀
I have photos of roaches and I saw rats there. The water in the bathtub is a foul smelling brown color and the gate gives you a sense of false security as people can walk through the wooden gate by mc donalds. The owners dont care what you complain about and the water heater runs out of hot water after 3 mins. I got out of my lease but still ended up paying \$600.00 extra to go somewhere that allowed me to shower. Please stay away or email me as I still have photos of the coachroaches. Broken glass, ants, and rats. 10 inch hole behind air exchange that pulls air up from the crawl space with air exchange grate so clogged with filty it looked like gray felt. Management has money for ice cream socials but none for eradicating the ants that bite you every time you step outside. High electric bills. Old crappy cabinets. No grass so your house fills with dirt if you open the windows. Buyer beware
