Martin is lovely to work with and great at what he does! Very organized, very clear and on time! I'd fully recommend Pinecone Plumbing!
Martin is a genuine guy, he has come to our place a few times now, and done a thorough job. The last time he came was last minute on a Friday which we appreciated so much- he saved our weekend with the repair. He's come to us highly recommended by a long time property manager in Whistler. We can not recommend him highly enough, fair price as well!!
Martin is genuine and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. In the last 5 years I have dealt with several plumbers and other professionals related to issues in my mechanical room. Martin is the first guy to make it so we have real hot water!!! It wasn’t even that hard to do in the end. But he works collaboratively to make it happen. Also helped improve my in floor heating. Without a doubt give Martin a call. He is at the top of my list. My biggest concern is he gets too busy to help me!!!

Martin impressed from the start by answering his phone; no voice mails, nor contact by email only. He came on site to see if he could do the job and determine what was required. He did great job of sourcing, supplying and replacing older faucet cartridges, tub spout and drain. He encountered challenges due to the age, yet took it on. He supplied and replaced garbage disposal. Good communication, on time and clean. Will have him back in the fall to do some other work.
