Gina, was Amazing. She was in constant communication with my fiancée and I, at a time that was pretty hectic in our lives. She made a great impression with her dedication and compassion and I would recommend and love to continue to be a tenant with her.
My fiancé and I had been searching for a new home and we were having endless bad luck, until we came across Pine Villas, such a beautiful community and very well maintained. We met with the manger Gina who is so AMAZING. She made us feel welcomed and was super helpful. Gina is very kind and knowledgeable, she made the application process incredibly simple and smooth. We appreciate her time and patience, I would definitely recommend Pine Villas, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Gina for everything🙏🏼☺️
Its a cute complex. Management is fine. They do a really good job with landscaping. My issue is that we didn’t have dedicated maintenance so things could take a while depending on availability. Also, the street parking is crazy. It gets filled up with cars, making it feel dangerous. Cars can’t see and they drive by really fast.
The apartment manager Gina is wonderful! She got me moved in really fast and everything went smoothly. She is so good at communicating and addressing any questions or maintenance requests that I have. I’ve never lived in an apt complex where the manager gets maintenance to come same day or asap. I’m very happy here and plan to stay here for years to come. Thank you Gina and maintenance staff!
The complex is very nice and beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and the people are friendly, no doubt a reflection of the manager, Gina's, approachable and warm persona. She patiently helped me with the move-in process and answered any questions my family and I had. I've heard of plenty of apartment horror stories on the Internet (not on Pine Villas though), but this was gladly far from it. The unit was clean and functional upon move-in. Very pleasant experience overall.
