The complex is very nice and beautiful, the atmosphere is calm and the people are friendly, no doubt a reflection of the manager, Gina's, approachable and warm persona. She patiently helped me with the move-in process and answered any questions my family and I had. I've heard of plenty of apartment horror stories on the Internet (not on Pine Villas though), but this was gladly far from it. The unit was clean and functional upon move-in. Very pleasant experience overall.

My fiancé and I had been searching for an apartment for quite some time when we happened to come across Pine Villa while exploring Redlands. We decided to stop by and were warmly greeted by the property manager, Gina. Even though we interrupted her lunch, she kindly gave us a full tour and answered all of our questions. I strongly recommend this apartment complex, not only because of the great qualities it has but also because of the manager Gina, who was a big factor in my decision to move here. From day one she was quick to help and be readily available whenever needed. She is very cooperative and kind, in addition to being very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had. If I could give more starts I would!
