I have come here twice for service. Even though I had an appointment both times, I was made to wait more than four hours. The first time, I thought it was normal because they were busy, so I didn’t mind. But when I went for the second time, I experienced the same thing again. It is a very bad service.
They don’t respect the clients time my appointment was at 3pm today for an oil change I handed them the key at 3 and i ended up waiting 3hours 40 mins
Terrible service and no respect for customers’ time. I had an appointment, arrived on time, and still waited for hours for a simple oil change. This happened more than once. No explanation, no apology, just wasted time. I do not recommend this place at all.
