Lovely experience. Jugal was very helpful and patient with us as we made our car purchase. The process of selling our old car and buying a new one from the dealership was excellent.
I wish I could give zero stars. We brought in our brand-new 2025 Tucson for what should have been a straightforward repair. Instead, the car sat in their shop for over a month. After all that time, the original issue was still not properly fixed, and in the process they actually made things worse. We even had video evidence of the problem, which I personally emailed to the service adviser.
