some of the most kind and compassionate humans we've encountered
They were very thoughtful & passionate when we brought our beloved cat Chanel in sick. We had to make a very hard decision, one that you dread making. They were very patient and understanding through the whole process. They also sent in the mail a paw print of hers with her name engraved, along with a beautiful message! Thank you for all that you do!
I highly recommend Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic. The vets are very knowledgeable but they do not hesitate to seek second opinions when necessary. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. I have always been treated with great respect. All in all, they are a top-notch group of professionals that have compassion for all types of animals, birds and reptiles.
Dr. Shenkle and staff are so caring and do a great job serving RUDY.
We’ve been with Pine Valley since the 80’s. They treated our pets with the greatest care, dignity and TLC. Each pet is treated like family.
I had my bird into she Dr. Funnel due to her crop swelling last week. She said it was one of two things. A yeast infection in her crop or she had virus that would kill her. She said she swabbed her crop for yeast and found none. Didn't do any further test. Well being so upset I got a second opinion, and after having her crop swabbed today she has a lot of yeast in her crop and it is treatable. And she is not dying!!! She is human and makes mistakes, I get that. But this is unacceptable..
Dr. Funnelll and staff were great with my Guinea pig. Same day appt. They care and follow up. Will definitely return and recommend.
We love Dr. Schenkel and the staff at Pine Valley Veterinary Clinic! 🐾🐾
Hemi had a bad tummy, Dr. Shenkel took great care of him🐾💕
