She walked me through what each individual service would cost and how much that would equate up to per year including the cost of preventative flea, heartworm, and other worm medicine. Trying to find a new vet during this time wasn’t the easiest😅 some of my friends recommended to come here and I was SO thankful they accepted a new patient. They have a very well organized system for their curbside appointments and every member of staff was so friendly! The doctor was very kind, took her time in explaining everything, and answered any questions I had. They definitely do what is best for your animals! Such a great experience 10/10😄
Today was Roxy’s surgery day to get spayed. I was dreading it, I just kept thinking of everything that could go wrong cause she’s so little! Customer service people are snotty and by no means are in a hurry to get anything done regardless of the situation just to make people’s lives more complicated
