Great customer service
You don't realize the lack of quality and lack of attention to detail these builders provide until you do a deep cleaning on your own house. The bottom of the doors are super bumpy. The walls and the paint job is super hasty. If you have young kids, I hope you read this before signing the papers. The paint is flat, not glossy. It feels like sheetrock paper.
