We have lived here for almost 5 years now and I couldn't be happier. Management is always quick and courteous. I love how quiet it is and the garage is a big plus!! If you are looking for a beautiful place to live this is the place!

Been here almost 2 months & so far it's great! I came here from an apartment community in North East & Pine Valley beats it by afar! I love the valet trash pick up & how each apartment gets their own garage & DRIVEWAY!!!!!
The community and neighbors are great. Looks great, but there is some major issues. Old window don't hold heat in home. My electric bill is extremely high because I have to run heat continuously so I don't freeze. The sub floor in my unit has holes may be termites eating it away. The management knows about issues but will not fix. I only hope no one falls through the dry rotted flooring. The garage doors do not close properly, have seen a couple mice.
I love that place, always I dream to be there. Pull me cilence Lincoln.
