Inflexible, hardly luxury apartment. On the ball if it’s about collecting rent
I just moved in, at first few hour things are nice, very quiet.
Shout Out to Pine Valley Apartment Homes! We were just perusing some of our sister sites through the Dolben website and fell in love with this gorgeous property and the amazing amenities that they have! Pine valley has been great. Everyone we meet is very nice and says they are also happy here. We have had no issues here. The staff has been great and super helpful. The only thing I hear consistently, is pet owners would love if they put in a dog park.
We have lived here since June and love it! We love our high ceiling 2 bedroom with garage and lately with this weather have been loving the fireplace! Big bonus is that during the last snow they shoveled the grounds fast! Staff is responsive to our requests, the daily trash pick up is a great feature and it's really convenient to have a gym near by! In the summer it was so nice to come home from work and take a swim! another bonus is that it's less than 1 mile from chick fil a :) We are so happy here

A wonderful place to live!
This place is a bunch of crooks they tell you to Write them checks for an app fee and a hold fee but say they won’t cash it untill you authorize then when you tell them they don’t authorize they cash it anyway this place is garbage look elsewhere for an apartment I implore you

We apologize you feel this way! Just to let you know there is a $25 application fee per person that is non-refundable fee to process your applications. We only cashed the check you provided in the amount of $50. The $250 holding fee which you mentioned over the phone yesterday does have a 72 hr refundable time frame, and was not cashed.
