Kentucky Heating and Cooling comes highly recommended. They are reasonably priced, dependable, and quick. The issue was promptly resolved when the technician clearly described it. Kentucky Heating and Cooling will be used once more without a doubt.
I called them because my previous contractor left a huge mess. These guys not only fixed the original problem but also cleaned up the previous contractor's debris. Above and beyond!
Owners seem nice, but I have had an unacceptable amount of "part" replacements on a three year old furnace. On top of that frustration, the technician was very rude both during the service call and via telephone the next week. This business also requires payment at service if you are a "new customer" (note: they deemed me to be even though they have billed me previously). They always provide prompt service. I trust their professional staff to thoroughly investigate and correct the issue. They have even went above and beyond to coordinate with my propane provider to troubleshoot an issue.
