Owners seem nice, but I have had an unacceptable amount of "part" replacements on a three year old furnace. On top of that frustration, the technician was very rude both during the service call and via telephone the next week. This business also requires payment at service if you are a "new customer" (note: they deemed me to be even though they have billed me previously). They always provide prompt service. I trust their professional staff to thoroughly investigate and correct the issue. They have even went above and beyond to coordinate with my propane provider to troubleshoot an issue.
Pine Tree mechanical is the one of the best companies out there. Very trustworthy. The owner Mark is a great guy and will take care of you! Pine Tree has done all my work.
It's a shame when they take a parking space for a parent that are taking their kids to a doctor's appointment. Really unprofessional almost missed they're appointment.
