This is so sad to see, when I was a young child my grandmother managed this complex and it was very nice. Tenants were screened before move in, apartments were kept up with and there were no bugs, overflowing trash and all of the kids played together in the courtyard. Seeing how bad it went downhill is kind of heartbreaking…
It's nice and quiet !! A nd maintenance was very helpful and the neighbours are friendly and the apartment is spacious for a small family and the air conditioner in the living room that comes with the apartment works great and they're also newly renovated

I loved moving to this apartment, my experience has been very positive. It is a very quiet place, ideal to rest and have peace after a day of work. The atmosphere is pleasant and it feels safe, which is very important to me. In addition, I really liked the area in general. The apartment is in very good condition, everything feels comfortable and cozy, and little by little I have been adapting without problems. Without a doubt, it has been a good decision to move here.
