The poor reviews are 100% accurate, the 5 stars are completely inaccurate and have to be fake or by people who are never home. In the 6 years I’ve been here we have had at least 3 different management companies. With the newest one they don’t answer or return calls or emails. They will continue to raise your rent at a ridiculous price each year to try to get you out then raise the price even higher for new tenants. terrible place to not only live but to visit it is roach infested. It is absolutely disgusting and they let their residence do whatever they want in that building. If you wanna smell like dirt smoke and cat urine then by all means move in, but if you don’t want your house to be infested with roaches and have management not do anything about it I would think twice
Very well maintained, management is on top of any issues or concerns you may have before, and during the duration of residency in the community. Quite and quaint apartment building, few pets to worry about biting young kids or running around. Screening for animals is strict and well abided by. Apartment was pristine when moving in and the building always smells fresh.
