Been at Pine Tree Apartments for about 4 1/2 years for attending Chico State. I have to say for my first apartment living with my friends this place was amazing. A nice Family and College student area. They were amazing of help out and always love they help the student out on a big final's week by making goodies bags for us. Going Miss every one that work in Pine Tree Apartment. I had a wonderful timing living there an made amazing memory at my stay :)

Students, parents beware! There are criminals living on the premises. Excessive theft is occurring on the property. It is not a safe place to live. Think twice before signing a lease at any MWS Properties in Chico as management is not looking out for tenants' safety.
Considering I work here I suppose I am biased but I love it at Pine Tree Apartments! I've lived in Chico for 9 years and have had many friends live here and they have all enjoyed their time and I have enjoyed visiting them. Now that I live here I can see why. The apartment itself is amazing...especially finally having central AC and my walk-in closet. :) I love the pool area and the workout rooms. And if I say so myself the current management team is pretty awesome! ;) Come by and say hi sometime!
