My husband George and I have been loyal patients of this practice during the 30 years it has been established. Coming from a patient who is petrified of the dentist I had an awesome experience with KDA! They went above and beyond to assist me and the level of compassion was at another level! I would recommend KDA to anyone. I was very impressed by the dentist and all of the supporting staff who assisted me today.
As a new patient the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I feel confident in my care moving forward. At this current time I feel satisfied with the staff to patient care.
I had an excellent experience at this dentist office. Dr. Mathew Grossman performed two crowns on my teeth in a timely, professional and comfortable manner. He put my best interest first and catered toward my needs. I had a very good visit and was even given the option of listening to music during my appointment. I will definitely come back here again!
Upon my initial visit, I was very surprised with the friendly and efficient staff. My needs were quickly established and a plan of action drawn up. My overall experience was excellent and the friendly staff made me feek as though I had known them fpr a long period of time. I woul rate my visit as five star.
I always feel so good after my appointments at Kingston Dental. The folks there care about more than your dental care- they care about people as human beings, and Dr. Grossman is a person who I would love to have as a neighbor. So down to earth, unpretentious and just so kind. If your on the fence about your choice in dental practices, please do yourself a favor and give them a chance. I wish I had found them 35 years ago!
Just wanted to thank everyone at Kingston Dental Associates. I had so much dental work to be performed. They worked with my schedule and got all the work completed in a timely manner. Thank you to Dr.'s Steven and Matt and to the great staff, especially Sarah, who worked with me to see that my scheduling and claims were handled quickly and efficiently. The entire staff at this practice are always professional and continue to provide excellent care. We saw the dental hygienists today, and left the office knowing we received top notch care. As long as we are able to travel to NYS for vacations, we will always schedule our dental care with the individuals and practice that we trust.
