This place is so terrible And I want people to see A RECENT review to confirm this is still happening. To start,like many of the reviews say management is absolutely unreachable. Lovely looking townhome, Just gotta get over management ignoring you for a week, not even getting your lease until a day before you're supposed to move in. Then when you do move in, you also need to deal with the ant infestation that was there on move in. Don't forget that management still ignores you though. Don't think you can get away with washing your clothes either because the washer and drier will be broken on move in, still need replaced after a week. My fiancé and I are looking for a place and stumbled upon Pine Street townhomes on Zillow, we liked what we saw and scheduled a tour through the app. We were promptly notified that our tour was scheduled and were sent an email of where to be, when to be there and even where to park. Really impressed with Pine Street. The interiors are genuinely nice, with quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and good finishes throughout. The complex itself is well kept and clean, which you notice right away. Bre on the management side is super helpful and actually gets back to you. Convenient location, too, easy highway access, and just a few minutes from Tacoma Mall. Solid place overall.
