I had a valve stem failure coming into Indian Lakes camp ground & I wanted all metal valve stems installed. I called these awesome people & they said they had all metal/ Stainless steel valve stems & could work me in if I brought them the tires... These guys had me in & out so fast my head was spinning... Super nice guys & super service!!! Thanks for making me feel like your best customer!!!! 2 days into our cross country trip (1 year of planning), we experienced a potential trip ending mechanical issue with our travel trailer. We made it to our campground in Batesville Indiana, where a mobile RV tech recommended Pine Ridge (across from the KOA). I called them 5 minutes before they closed, & we were told to come in first thing in the morning. Their mechanic, Elton, took care of us right away & literally SAVED OUR VACATION!!!
