Took my children out of school early for their fathers surgery scheduled at 1:15pm (for which he hadn’t eaten or drank since midnight). They just took him back at 4pm!!!! Which means my children have to also miss dance and soccer practices tonight-(with a recital coming up and a game in three days) very disappointed- I realize things happen, but this long is not acceptable! I was a family member of a patient and I was so impressed with this facility and Dr. Wilfley. They are so kind and caring. They make sure to treat you the best and make you comfortable. Wonderful job! If I could give more then 5 stars I would.
My 3 year old had a surgery done by Dr. Sweet two weeks ago. The staff and nurses were so sweet to him and did such a great job keeping him calm and comfortable. They also did such a thorough job explaining everything that I had no questions at all. Phenomenal job all around!
