While I was not a patient - I was the ride for my significant other - both he and myself had a wonderful experience here (all things considered, it is surgery after all). From the check-in process to being walked out to our car, the customer service, care, and bedside manner here were fantastic from beginning to end. Beware there’s a reason this is a 2.6 out of five star rating and it’s gonna continue to get worse! Do not see Dr Sheril she lives her life on a high horse And will know and tell you more about your body than you’re allowed to feel! I switched to Rhinelander and have since sent that team flower bouquets their own personal daisy award from me and it was the least I could do after dealing with such an uncompassionate, heartless, unavailable, and rude doctor! From the front desk associate till the post op care person, Sara, the visit was VIP. Dr Sherrill was funny and professional. Sammie pre op was very attentive and placed the iv in perfectly. Dr Liz P concocted the perfect mix for full relaxation and a quick recovery. Thank you all for taking a nervous situation and giving me full confidence and encouragement.
The staff are extremely respectful and kind, everyone is very welcoming. I wish all staff in all medical centers were like this.
