My psychiatrist is great but any time I have an issue with my medication and have to talk to the NP or whoever handles those requests, I'm borderline scolded and shamed. I'm on a controlled substance so I'm literally incapable of requesting a prescription be refilled until 28 days have passed since my last refill. The medication I'm on is frequently out of stock. The staff here are absolutely horrible at their jobs. I have been going to other Pinerest locations for many years now and their staff has always been so friendly and helpful. However, after switching to this location a couple months ago, every interaction I’ve had with their support staff has been extremely unhelpful and at times rude. It’s almost as if their employees were never trained to do their jobs correctly or in a friendly manner. I highly suggest going to any other Pinerest location besides this one.
