I have a friend that lives here and it is a very welcoming community. On their move-in day, many neighbors came by to welcome them personally. Rental pricing is fair, with better rates than others in the area. Hallways and common areas were very clean, however, there was marijuana smell in the hallways. The community does require signatures for no-drug and no-violence policies.
