I have a friend that lives here and it is a very welcoming community. On their move-in day, many neighbors came by to welcome them personally. Rental pricing is fair, with better rates than others in the area. Hallways and common areas were very clean, however, there was marijuana smell in the hallways. The community does require signatures for no-drug and no-violence policies. I have found this apartment very safe, quiet and family-oriented, super pet-friendly with large grounds to walk dogs and kids to play in. It may not be the fanciest place and is an older building but I love it here. It has spacious apartments, nice friendly neighbors and it's affordable. I have found management and maintenance very helpful, responsive to issues and doing the best they can with limited resources

I don’t live here, but I have read other reviews and so many people are complaining about management loool 🤣… anyways, I have visited the apartment and it seems pretty nice from within and it is located in a quiet area. But one thing to note is, there are lots of potholes on your way to the parking lots. Your car might disappear into one.
