I went to look at a unit for rent after receiving a notice from management. I met with the maintenance staff, they were professional and helpful. There is a lack of communication with the office staff, but as I understand there's only a few people who's working there and they receive several calls throughout the day. The complex was well kept with nice views and very quiet. I have sent my information to the office and I'm waiting for one bedroom apartment to become available.

Working at Pine Mill Ridge was an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. The most significant issue was working under the Maintenance Director, whose work ethic and attitude toward the job were shockingly poor. He frequently displayed a lack of professionalism and often instructed me not to address tenants’ basic repair requests, making derogatory comments about them in the process.
