Very safe and very comfortable place to live. Beautiful apartments that have been remodeled in the past 5 years. They look like they're brand new
The quality of the units are very nice. However stratford group makes no attempts to resolve any conflict on their properties. Units are labeled as "NON SMOKING" which is an absolute joke. I have chronic asthma and my neighbors can just smoke like a chimney, regardless of your health conditions. I have attempted to address this many many times, to no avail whatsoever. My room physically gets filled with smoke to the point where i must leave for hours at a time just to breathe. I am doing whatever i can to now look for new ho... read more
