We went to this counseling office for 2 or 3 sessions and could never connect with the counselor. It honestly didn’t feel ethical for them to give the kind of advice they did after only a couple of hours of talking to us. We canceled our next appointment a day before, and a year later we suddenly get a letter asking for a “cancellation fee.” When we called, Norma, the person in charge, was unbelievably rude completely unprofessional .
