I really did not want to do this. Meaning leave this type of review. I will be here in my forever home 9 years on the 17th of this month. I have left multiple reviews great reviews. This one will not be. I feel the pain and frustration of many neighbors now. Those of us that have been here with apartments that have not been up graded feels cheated. And that's not cool. The hole in my bathroom ceiling has been repaired. Pinelake Village he is a great maintenance supervisor!!! Chris you and Bobby makes one great team over here for us. We have moved already. We never fully had the issues fixed that we needed done in our apartment. No follow ups and they showed no car or concern. We will never ever be tenants there again due to lack of maintenance and management.
I wouldn’t recommend no one to move over here. They always under new management and have new landlords Every 3 or 6 months. They over charge people and they expect the tenants still pay it. I’m living here now and we have been out of landlords for 2 months and no way to contact anyone. I have been 4yrs and every year I go through the same issue when it’s time to renew my lease. I hate that I have to get news channel 7 and housing authority to try get my issue resolved since the tenants have no way of getting in contact anyon... read more
