Pine Lake Stoves were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a new fireplace insert. A custom size was needed for the back plate and they were able to deliver a perfect insert and back plate for me. I am very happy with the outcome. They also were able to put on a needed cap on the exterior. No problems. Thank you all for your help. Flo Kaplan
We just had Vinnie & L.J. come out and service our gas stove, they were wonderful! Professional, friendly, gave us some great tips about using the stove/fireplace. An added bonus....they had a great time with our cats! :)
