We just purchased a gas insert and couldn't be more pleased! The team at Pine Lakes did a great job for us, on two different occasions, installing 3 different units. Pine Lakes professionally and cleanly installed a Wood Insert and Gas Insert, filling a double sided open fireplace...we now have a warm and cozy living room and sun room. They came back last year to install a pellet stove in my office, again a great job done. They've been great customer service ever since and I'll continue to use them for any heating stove needs!! Pine Lake Stoves is definitely rates 5 stars. Awesome service. We’ve purchased a pellet a few years back, they have always been there for us if we needed service. We recently purchased a gas fireplace. Their whole team has made the purchase and installation very enjoyable. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. Wood stove was installed in a very timely matter- very meticulous measurements with regards to installing wood stove and hearth pad placement in corner of small cabin. Great job ( even while enduring the extreme heat outside that day). Would highly recommend them to anyone considering a wood-stove or fireplace purchase/installation. Efficient, knowledgeable and overall a pleasure to do business with. 👍👍👍
Going off referrals from a Facebook post, I used Pine Lake Stoves to replace my wood stove chimney stack and exterior chimney. They did a phenomenal job on the work, all the seals are tight, the work is sharp, and you’d barely know they were here the way they cleaned up. Amazing customer response and stuck to their schedule which I know is never easy, especially now with so many people home working on these types of projects. A+ job Pine Lake Stoves.
