I currently moved to pine knoll apartments and I can honestly say it’s way better than I expected. It’s very nice and a quiet community. The office manager was very nice and friendly and very helpful 10/10!! I’m totally satisfied and would recommend.
The current owners are completely useless—they refuse to fix anything. These apartments have been flipped and sold off multiple times in the past two years, and now, as I near the end of my lease, they’re demanding that I prove I paid first, last, and the deposit just to get back the money that’s rightfully mine. Absolutely ridiculous. This place is a disaster. They evicted nearly everyone, so now roaches are crawling everywhere, desperate for food. The complex is overrun with wild, feral tomcats. I know that Pine Knoll has had its share of bad reviews in the past, and rightfully so in some cases, I'm sure. But lately, I've seen many positive changes, and I thought a good review might add to the momentum of the changes already taking place. Out of the 8 buildings on the property, 1 has been totally renovated, and 2 more are in the process of renovation at this time.
