Someone is putting animal poison around the complex. The roach problem is bad . Management isn't being paid . The property has 0 lanscaping. Management checks car tags and calls police if there not up to date. Not handicap accessible. No central ac or heating. No covers on lights . We did lien the property and also sent them to collections but they haven't made any payments since 5/17/2023. We have spoken to multiple vendors that have had the same issues.
