This place is very unprofessional!!! Monique has awful customer service skills!!! I’m still waiting on a refund for my security deposit, however they are trying to keep half of it, because of their lack of community and professionalism! I’ve never didn’t a walk through, because they never had a chance place vacant!!! I’m still waiting on management to contact me in regards to my issues! I’ve been waiting over a week now!
They running a scam, they will purpose denied your application so that they could keep your $200 administration fee. The apartments are infested with Roaches and bugs has mold. according to the new Secretary from the new management the building are not livable but they can't kick everyone out, so they are renovating as they go. They are low on funds and is taking advantage of new People to come up with the funds for their renovation.
I currently stay here. I moved in the end of April when weather was pleasant. On a hot day I turned on the air conditioner and low and behold... it did not work properly. The head maintenance guy warned us about this new management. He has quit since then. They send out guys to make due of what they have so my air conditioning is still not fixed.
