They manage to hike the rent up every six months, yet never seem to find the time to fix things in the apartment. This is the seventh time we've scheduled repairs for things like: a leaky diswasher, carpet that suddenly has large wet spots appear, a leaking ceiling, resulting stains in the carpet, and told to wait for them and they've never come. NOT the first repair. The technicians will come to tell you the problem, but the repairs: don't happen. You're time is worthless and their promises are empty.
These apartments are the worst I've ever lived.. maintence sucks
Money hungry. Poor Maintenance. Rent to much for apartment. they increase in rent yearly.
