Lived here for a couple years after a divorce while I got back up on my feet. It was priced quite reasonably and any issues were promptly taken care of. Management (Amy) was always very friendly.
Lived there 2 years Pros - Got full security deposit back - Maintenance came quickly when needed - Management was responsive Cons - Advertised as having AC but the AC unit is either in the bedroom OR living room. For the 2 bedroom units this is not enough to keep things cool on hot days. There was a dedicated spot for another AC unit but didn't have one installed. -Carpet cleaning cost is not renter friendly - Wisconsin laws try to protect renters from these costs but they make you sign a document up front to get out of this... read more
I cannot say enough good things about this place. The landlord is quick to respond and extremely helpful, and the apartments are beautiful! I've only lived here a few weeks, but so far everything is perfect.
So happy to be living at Pine Haven Apartments again! The apartment manager, Amy Brunner is awesome. You can tell that she loves her job here and wants to make the tenants feel like they are "home". She has made my move here seamless. The maintenance staff have been very responsive to my requests and are not only do they complete their tasks in a timely manner, but are very respectful to me since I work from home. Kudos to an awesome staff at Pine Haven!
