I just moved in and I go at all different hours because of my work schedule. I haven't had any problems so far I did need help the first day with my gate code but the lady called me right back but she did call me and she did help me and the neighbors are always out at all hours and I hope my house sells soon so I can go ahead and move back home to Tennessee. Pine Grove Mini Storage management team makes the move in process easy. They are fast and efficient and provide great customer service and support. Most of the low reviews are from the old management team. This new management team is excellent.

ok let me start by saying that when I first rented from this business it was great no issues the property was maintained properly and I never had an issue with anything however when the business was sold the property went downhill. At the end of 2024 the automated gate with pin pad was broken for over a month during that time some unauthorized individuals accessed the property and entered the empty unit next to mine took the wall down and helped themselves to my property. Last night, I got trapped inside the gate. I tried every which way to get it open. I had to call them when I was going in there because my code wouldn't work. I haven't been there in 10 months, so Idk what has been going on. Well, lo and behold, I had trouble getting out. I tried coming at it from different angles and it didn't wanna open. I'm withdrawing my earlier review because management contacted me and is taking care of the issue's I was having with them. I may have been a little quick on the trigger on giving them enough time to contact me. The manager contacted and was more than fair in resolving my issues. She showed me she cared about my business and taking care of my issues.
