Fairly new apts, clean, well maintained, great staff. A little slow in handling a hand rail issue that could cause a fall but all other issues, big or small have been taken care of promptly. Plenty of parking. A small fenced play yard for the littles. Well lit, functioning cameras all around the complex which adds to the security. Short on storage & rooms are a small but lots of natural light comes from the long windows🌞

I just ask God that this gmail, the manager of this building, sees it. I applied for an apartment in Pinegrove 2 and a half years ago, I always called and sent an gmail to that office every month. Now it turns out that I can't find myself on the list. When I have proof that I applied, I thought they were more professional and what a shame that they only give the apartments to the people they like.🤷🏿♀️
