Laundry room- not all washers and dryers work and they are moldy Gym- has been closed for almost a year Lawn care is neglected and out of control, grass is a foot high. Cars speed though - speed bumps needed and pot holes need to be filled. Containment of the geese need to take place. they are aggressive and will attack, there is poop everywhere even on the doorsteps. While I am not a tenant here, I am leaving this review solely based off of my experience with this company. For over a month now I have been trying to contact them about renting an apartment, and for over a month I have been met with the laziest possible attempt at automating a process that should only have human involvement.
