Oak Lane Apartments They keep up the property very well. The maintenance comes out and fix a problem almost immediately and the staff is nice and helpful. I would recommend staying at this property if you want to live in the Sherwood Forest area.
No negative feedback Nothing but good to say about living here. The current management is obviously trying hard to improve the property. They constantly are doing improvements all over, and doing the best to make everything look better. I feel safe and haven't had the first problem since moving in 9 months ago. We are renewing our lease when it's time because we love our apartment and everything about it. Also, the interior is updated to current colors and finishes and looks very nice. 85 out of 100 The new staff is actually good. I don't know who was over it before I got there in June 2022. The maintenance crew gets things done. I'm just waiting for their gym to be done. Now cons include the parking lot pavement or lack of it in some spots, the cheap paint jobs in the apartments, no screens on the windows, no ceiling fans, the steps inside the apartments all need to be replaced, and the switches in some of the apartments have no use or just there for declaration l.

You get what you pay for TIA AND ERRON are the best ones they have had when the budget permits repairs are doing in a timely fashion. RESPECT goes a very long way. Lived in 5 units since it was Classic Heights you cant beat the space and the different floor plans for the price. It has its issues but it has been there since 1975 so its due for some problems. Nasty & Horrible Apartments These apartments are very nasty and roach infested , they don’t want to fix anything around here , can never get in contact with management ... I wish I never moved here ?? These apartments are horrible I wish I could report them to somebody , I wouldn’t recommend anybody to move here
The nastiest apartments ever These apartments are horrible. They have mold everywhere ceilings are always caving in. The pipes are always leaking they are roach infested. They don't always get pest control to spray. Don't believe the lie in these pictures.
