Terrible place to live !! i know someone that lives there and they have a terrible roach problem. extermination doesn't even help !! someone needs to call the health department!!!! they do not care about there remnants the people in the office are always passing the buck !! and no one does anything about this !!
Horrible place cats running everywhere eating through your trash. The utilities is beyond to expensive. They don’t fix anything. Bed bugs roaches is beyond horrible then I got charged for a pest exterminator that never came which was 350$ that came out my rental assistance money in my account that they used to charge me and I’m still having the same problems. Would never RECOMMEND NEVER EVER
Emilio is very professional and helpful . but he left , the time that I lived there March 2018 to March 2019 the property manager was replaced more than 3 times in one year and when I gave my move out notice ( in January 2019 )60 days prior to move out date it was not honored by the new manager and I found out 6 months later that she reported me to the credit bureau as non compliant with the contract .
