Josh Phetteplace&I recently had to " put down" our 8 yr old Rotterman due to cancer. The whole staff was very compassionate, communicated well with us, and allowed us to spend time with our Kaylee on her last day. They even sent us a red Rose the day after kaylee's passing to say " sorry for your loss"! Sweet staff!
