I can say I’ve finally found a vet in Pensacola that I feel like I can trust. Dr. Perrett and his staff really care about the well being of your pet and give you the best treatment possible. I highly recommend this animal clinic if you are looking for a loving and caring vet for your fur babies!!!

We rushed my daughters Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in this morning having seizures. Everyone was very professional and courteous and took him right back. We were asked a few questions and they gave him an injection to stop the seizures. The nurse then came back to discuss their recommendations as well as prices for those procedures. We left and came back to pick him up and Dr. Perrett went over, in detail, the redults of Spanky's test. Once again Pine Forest Animal Clinic you have failed. My mother and stepfather brought their dog in because he was having trouble breathing and thinking about possibly putting him down today yet you can't even find time to come in and speak to them 48 minutes after their appointed time, that is unacceptable!

Mrs. Carr, we sincerely apologize for your wait when you were in last week. Dr. Perrett had to take an emergency phone call from another doctor at Auburn while you were in. Unfortunately, that caused a bit of a delay. Again, we apologize for your wait during such a hard time. We strive to offer top notch customer service, which means as little wait time as possible.
It's nice to go to a vet's office and feel like, no matter what kind of pet you have, that it will be taken care of, and the staff really care -- all of them. Amazing group of people. Wonderful Vet Dr. We've been using PFAC for about 9 years, and let me tell you, they have a deep love for animals and care about each and every pet that comes through their doors. The boarding crew are great with our babies when we go out of town. They will do everything in their power to make sure your pet has the best care and a long healthy life. Thank you so much for all you do. You know all that you've done for our babies Lilbit and Scooter. You are appreciated.
