They canceled me due to bad weather. Didn't Text me or notify me till I get to the office. Then it took him two weeks to get me back in again! After diagnosing what was wrong then they told me they couldn't do it until september of 2026. Fillings and cleaning! Really?? Your that busy?? Its March 2, 7 months later?? Place had alot Denist were they keeping apts for regulars or what?? My husband was a new patient. First appointment, waited for an hour before being called back. Said they couldn’t do anything that day for his issue and scheduled him to come back for a root canal. Day of the second appointment, we were called 1 minute prior to his appt time informing us they had to cancel due to an emergency. Mind you, we were already there. A dental office should prioritize both strict cleanliness standards and effective privacy measures to ensure patients feel safe, respected, and comfortable during their visit. X-ray station wasn’t throughly wiped down after patient before the next patient. Trash was overflowing to the floor. As far as the staff they were nice making sure everyone was taken care of.
