Very nice Apts and location is excellent, In the center of Fort!
Hi, I've been living here for a month now, absolutely love this place. The location is incredible, walking distance to so many places. The HOA does an excellent job in maintaining this property, was very helpful when I needed some help when I initially moved in. It's been a long time that I could actually say, I found a place that I can call home.
The lady who manages the building is incredibly unpleasant and it affects all sorts of small things about living there. Any time you have a question or need help with something she is terse at best. Things are slow to be replaced or fixed although it is clear that the HOA is making a good effort to keep the place up. The residents are very friendly, most of them have a story about uncomfortable interactions with this woman. Great location and property. Love the trees and foliage and it’s always very well-kept. 3 nice pools, workout facility and entertainment room. Short walking distance to Las Olas Blvd
Location is amazing! Hidden gem. 1 block from las olas, a short walk from the beach, and everyone I have met in the neighborhood are so friendly, love this place!
