Hi, I've been living here for a month now, absolutely love this place. The location is incredible, walking distance to so many places. The HOA does an excellent job in maintaining this property, was very helpful when I needed some help when I initially moved in. It's been a long time that I could actually say, I found a place that I can call home.
The lady who manages the building is incredibly unpleasant and it affects all sorts of small things about living there. Any time you have a question or need help with something she is terse at best. Things are slow to be replaced or fixed although it is clear that the HOA is making a good effort to keep the place up. The residents are very friendly, most of them have a story about uncomfortable interactions with this woman.
