This place is great. Management has always been helpful and friendly. The only issue we have ever come across to date was a maintence concern a leaking pipe at 12:30am causing water to pool in the kitchen. The emergency service crew showed up handled the issue and schedule next morning service. Naturally you come across real world issue, however in my experience this was a above and beyond response. Its appreciatted. Great place to live, clean, cool and enjoyable

This place is literally wonderful! Very well managed, beautiful, always clean and truly feels like home. Crysta and Mark are the best, they are extremely professional and helpful. Maintenance requests are always filled in a timely manner. There’s also a full gym and a huge tennis court. If you are looking for a place to rent in Costa Mesa, particularly near OCC, this is just across the street from it, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

One of the pinnacle attributes of a stellar apartment complex is its staff, and let me tell you, the staff here is of the utmost character. They are extremely caring toward their residents, go above and beyond in everything they do, and provide excellent service for a stellar property. They are fast, efficient, and the complex itself is beautiful!

I’ve lived here for about 6 months and absolutely love it. All of the staff - office, security, maintenance - are fantastic. Maintenance is very responsive as well. It’s quiet and relatively safe, as safe as any complex can be.
