Poor management. Unit that was rented to us fell apart in the first 2 months! Cabinets were rigged, 2 weeks before we could get our refrigerator replaced after the original went completely out. Then another 2 weeks to remove the old refrigerator from my apartment?!!
poor management..... building caught fire and nobody came out to give answers to tenants. left this ppl clueless with no where to go. tenants are unable to reach anyone from the office and are only able to reach answering service that has no clue whats going on and claims they have no numbers that can contact management.... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
do not rent in these apartments because you only have 1 space to park a car and if you want another space you have to pay 50 dollars per month and it does not matter if you rent 2 or 3 bedrooms
The management was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Older white dude had the decency to swear at possible customers. And don’t get started on the roaches and bed bugs. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Manager is a total piece of shit. Nasty ass ghetto GROSS place all around!
It’s absurd that a person on the clock working at this disgusting establishment had the audacity to threaten, intimidate and kick the car of an individual looking at an apartment simply bc they didn’t find the residence up to par. Told black people to go by crack?? Absolutely disgusting.... is this how you want your company to be represented?
