Apartments Disgusting!!! Sadly, I moved here!The apartment was not even ready like I was told it would be. I’ve already spend a nice amount of money on product for mice, roaches, fans (because the AC don’t work),and the carpet cleaner for the funky ammonia smelling carpet they refuse to replace because “I had to move in immediately “. apartments are disgusting Mice infested. Roaches everywhere. People in the office have very poor communication and never answer when you need help. DO NOT MOVE HERE
Ivan suarez Terrible conditions, the mice in the apart, the place super dirty and neglected, the broken streets, terrible attention, they do not fix anything, there is no security, they steal cars because there is no security. The super high water payment per qt is charged by all the leaks in the condominium. In short, terrible experience

Mice infestation October 2020 Do NOT move here ! As of October 2020 they have a serious mice infestation! 8 mice have been caught in the past week and it is not being handled properly. Take your money and RUN!
Cockroaches everywhere It is the kingdom of cockroaches do not stop, there is a very large infestation
Quiet and nice This place is quiet all times of day and night. Units are very spacious and well maintained. Closets are huge. Only reason not 5 stars is because if you come home after 11pm 90% of the time you have to park far from your apartment and the parking lot is awful with so many pot holes.
Pine Creek Quiet, rent about average for the area and location.
