This has been the most horrible two years (2021-2023) experience of my life they are private owners, try to do their own maintenance, they're not electricians/plumbers always trying to save a buck.You don't see them unless there's rent time a "happy Friday"!. repairs need to be made never get done they hold repairs over your head in order to get any moneys, used my water account for 1 year after departure from residence,, they are SAD!! Run no matter how good the Price sounds.. you will loose in the end.
Really bad landlords. I would STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere when choosing to rent a property in Richmond. I lived at a property of theirs for over 3 years, and during my time there, there were continuous pest control and maintenance issues. I was forced to constantly remind the landlord over and over about the major maintenance issues to get them resolved, and some still never got addressed throughout my time living there. This property management company is nothing but a bunch of slum lords. Their properties were acquired while working at a bank, maybe insider info. They provide run down homes at the bottom of the rent scale to bring the wrong types of people into nice neighborhood’s. I have a prohibited unlicensed daycare operating in one of their rental’s next to me. This low life property manager’s will not return my calls, refuse to address the issue and will not comply with our HOA, of no unlicensed daycare’s.
We have been with the owners of this agency for over a year now and it has been the most wonderful experience we’ve had in all of Virginia over the past few years. They are very accommodating and always ensure issues are addressed accordingly and in a timely fashion. Additionally, they have a great network of resources in the community. So thankful for their referral for lawn care over this summer. They’re also very friendly, but professional. I would give more stars if I could, honestly.
