Don't bother ever requesting maintenance. They'll close your requests without fixing the issue multiple times without telling you and when you complain management will tell you there is no issue and that the technician had a crazy idea as to why nothing is actually broken that you have to test yourself and open a brand new request if your own testing (that the technician could easily have done) shows there is still an issue. Flaky office staff. They like to lie to you. And tell you that they are doing things. Then you never hear from them again. They are not people of their word. The water was included then all of sudden you get a big bill in the mail. They never answer the phone to follow up.There is something not right going on in that office. They look down at people that are other racist and Individuals on government assist. All the building all smell like pot.
