The office staff members have been nice from the start. The apartment really nice & clean! Fresh paint; new carpet; love the white kitchen cabinets; nice quiet environment; great to see security riding through at night. Thank you for my opportunity to live here.
I'm planning to move to The Hamptons at Pine Bend. I pray to God the negative experiences the former and current tenants have presented are Resolved! I can't have a/c issues, pest control issues or GARBAGE Issues. Please take care of this establishment!
The staff is awesome! Ive had a great experience since day 1, I came several times to look at different apartments. Everyone has been so nice and extremely helpful. I just got the keys to my new apartment. I highly recommend.
I was in a rush to move and had a maximum amount that I could afford and had to have at lease 2 bedrooms, split plan and 2 full baths. They were able to accommodate this. The apartment they showed me looks nothing like the apartment I received. They were not able to show my apartment prior to signing the lease. I requested another apartment as soon as I received the keys. They said they couldn’t give me another apartment. Now I’ve had leaks from the AC unit or hot water heater twice.
