I’ve lived here for 3 years and haven’t had to make many maintenance requests but I went in and spoke to Armi about a problem and she made sure it was handled within 24 hours! The quick response was very appreciated.
I am extremely disappointed with how the mailroom and package handling process is managed at this apartment complex. I have only been living here for a few months, and this issue has already become a major concern. Recently, I ordered a few items for my mom’s birthday, expecting a normal and straightforward delivery process. However, retrieving my packages turned into an unnecessarily uncomfortable experience.
