Linette at the Hattiesburg location is one of the most rude operators I have ever had the displeasure of talking with. I called on a Friday at 4:00 to ask some questions and get some basic help. What I was given was disregard and disrespect. She is not fit to be cleaning the sheets of with people with mental health issues, let alone answering the phone when someone might be in crisis. When I asked her how I could get in contact with her management team for the clinic she promptly hung up on me.

This is for the Wiggins location, and it's horrible! If you can find another place to go to I would go there. I started using my primary care doctor to get my medications because this place is poorly run. I don't even know how it is still in business. They don't help people.

They take forever to get you appointments, allow a computer to diagnose you. After the assessment, I waited a full month to get an appointment with the counselor, then would have had to wait another full month to see the psychiatrist to get meds. I am almost to the point of crisis and have to wait almost 2 full months before finally getting meds? This place is a joke and please seek treatment somewhere else if you can afford to.
