A little too much time getting to the exam room but well worth the wait! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Absolutely loved the physician and would highly recommend this practice
Always super friendly and helpful. I never have to wait too long (15-20 minutes is the most I’ve spent in the waiting room). Dr. Ackerman and the lady who helps her and takes me back to the room every time (and who I am genuinely mortified i can’t remember her name but it’s by no means a testament to her work) are so kind. They put things in words that are easy for me to understand, and they put up with my rambling when I’m having a hard time getting the pertinent information across.
