I was referred by my PCM. Pine Belt’s next available appointment wasn’t for 3 months. I didn’t mind the long wait and scheduled the appointment. However, 1 week before the appointment (after I had already requested time off of work to attend), they called to reschedule me ANOTHER 3 months later. I still scheduled the appointment. Then, 2 weeks before the rescheduled appointment, they called to reschedule me ANOTHER 1 month later. Don’t appreciate being treated by nurses when the appointment was with a doctor. Even after he dictated treatment they released me without treatment.
I've done seen three or four different doctors here and they've all given me a positive attitude and I'm thankful for this place being open because they are helping me sincerely
Pinebelt are the best, Dr Roy is very knowledgeable and understanding, the visit went great, and his assistant was also great,
This was a great visit. Dr. Roy is extremely professional, caring and kind. He and his staff were quick to see me and listen to my concerns. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Roy.
