This was my third car purchased from Pine Belt Chevrolet. I have never had any problems with any of my purchases. This past purchase, Matt and Glen could not have been any nicer. Glen did a wonderful job getting me the low payment that I wanted. Matt was great. I would recommend this dealership any day for the wonderful, pain free experience I had.
The salesman Nick was wonderful he took the time to get us exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Very pist off that I bought a 2014 and the window switch has never worked was told it would be done first thing and am now being told they are short handed. Worst service department I've ever had to deal with.
From the moment I walked in everyone was so nice and friendly. The entire team is extremely customer oriented. Frank Hervey was conversant with every detail of the vehicle and extremely personable. Joe Kowitski's bottom line approach to pricing left no doubt in my mind that I made the absolute best deal possible.
John and Glen made it so easy for me to buy my beautiful Chrysler 200s. John quickly brought up the cars and had me in and out even though it was freezing cold outside! Thanks to them I'll always buy my cars at Pinebelt Chrysler jeep!!
