Waitresses need to slow down to focus on their customer's needs. One in particular should not talk back if a dish is sent back. There should be no construction, hammers slamming down or table saws roaring well after 9 PM let alone after Midnight when people need their rest. Customers have to wake up very early to work or to go to the hospital. Those times are very stressful indeed and definitely do not need these added unwanted factors. Thank you!
