We have stayed at a few resorts in the lake area. Pinders has the best of what I look for: clean and well kept cabins, a game room, covered outdoor eating area, nice pool, private dock with electricity and it is on a great area of the lake. The new owners were great. They were there with anything we needed/forgot. We will return (many times).

Our group usually consists of 14 fishermen with 7 boats. Plenty of covered slips, nice clean cabins, perfectly placed game/card room and covered patio area for gathering. New owners Al and Diane are very nice and are the perfect hosts. Our group loves this area of the lake because it is secluded and not crowded. Only reason it didn't get a five star is because the ramp for loading/unloading boat can be tricky depending on lake level, other than that it is perfect for our group of fishermen.

If you want a quiet vacation on the lake, this is the place. Perfect to take the kids, and spend some time fishing, swimming and boating.
