Does not look at presented facts. Insanely biased towards military members due to her marriage. Does not consider at ALL best interest of children and makes very heinous premature decisions that impact them heavily. I am waiting for her to be kicked off Family Court. She clearly does not belong there. Unreasonable, biased and nasty.
Terrible....She makes mistakes and doesn't correct them when called on them.
I was sand bagged in judge Pincus's court room on an oversight. She didn't view all the facts that was placed in front of her, she tried to intimidate me, showed that she can pre-judge a case and she made a temporary ruling that has caused a lot of pain in my life & my child's life for a yr. I didn't see the point in that with such conflicting evidence that was submitted by the petitioner and her lawyer. Well let's just say she tries to be intimidating, she is cold in her appearance as I have seen her twice in a case that she presided over and yes by her own admission she lacks bedside manners. My issue with judge Pincus is you have to not pre-judge someone before you review the evidence in front of you thoroughly. Some how not having an representing attorney does not make you guilty there are things women will do to use a new CDV law to their advantage and that is just wrong.
