I was at the Grand Prairie car show and was hungry. Pinche Smokerz was there and I figured it would be OK at best... boy was I wrong. IT WAS FABULOUS! For $20 I got a brisket topped baked potato. Sounds expensive at first but I got 4 meals off of that $20. They use huge potatoes, pile it high with brisket and cheese . So good!
