Terrible customer service!!! Beau Bryant is the son of the owner and store manager, but is very immature and completely lacks basic customer service skills and empathy. His team, excluding Tammy (who is the only saving grace at the store), act like a bunch of arrogant meatheads who could care less if you patron their store or not. I am sorry that I recommended pinch a penny of Bayside Lakes. I manage a piece of property and we started to use them earlier this past year. Everything was fine till I asked them if they could come back out and reclean the pool. For weeks the pool doesn't look like the man was even out here. The owner and his wife are very rude and argumentative. I am shocked how two people are in a business and could have no customer service etiquette. I will not be recommending them to anyone
I don't enjoy writing a review less than 5 stars. I'd rather not say anything at all. But, in this case, I just don't understand why the staff are so unfriendly to the point of it being uncomfortable. I thought the first time was just a bad day; we all have them. I had been going to a competitor. They were closed one day when Pinch A Penny was open. I went in and they were very friendly, tested my pool water carefully for free and gave me a written record of their findings. I had to buy some pool supplies and they were less expensive than the other company. They are in a convenient location and because of their service have gained a new customer. I would happily recommend them to others.
This is a professional, family run business. They have been there for us whenever we needed help or an answer to a question. We strongly recommend them.

I wish I had seen this review before I used the very same Pinch a Penny store. Where is Dateline when you need them? They quoted me a price of 399 for a replacement job and magically when they arrived and did a half hours worth of work and sized up our house and cars, they magically came up with the final price of FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS. These people are scumbags.
Educated, friendly, and outgoing staff. They really go the extra mile to take care of you like family! Won't go anywhere else for our pool/spa needs!
